Protein Bar Recipe EASY!
5This is my recipe and it works out perfectly every time. Obviously some of the ingredients are personal taste so change as needed. NO NO NO NEED to heat up the vitafiber. Scale, bowl, 30g vitafiber, 20g chocolate protein, 20g peanut butter, sea salt, chilli flakes, 8g water, mix with hands till it forms a shape. If it seems to dry, then splash your hands with water and get back in there, that should get you the right texture. It shouldn't be too dry but should only be a touch moist. If it's "wet" it just won't firm up in the fridge. Once that's done stick it in a zip lock bag and form the shape. Place in the fridge (I think an hour is enough time) however I usually make 1 bar before bed and leave in fridge overnight. I don't make a bulk batch cos I will 100% eat more than 1 a day if I did. Pro tip 1 - spray the bowl with oil and spray your hands with oil to avoid it sticking too much. Pro tip 2 - have the zip lock bag open before you get in and mix. Pro tip 3 - if you are not using peanut butter, I'd probably only use 6g water to start with as PB is already wet. And yes I know water is not measure in grams, but makes things much more easier on the scale. Goes Well With:Coffee in the morning.

Poor Mixability
4Great product, no bad taste but, the mixability is awful due to how sticky the powder becomes when you add it to liquid even water- it literally sticks to the sides of the shaker so you can’t stir it in.

Awesome product
5Very handy as a fibre supplement. Cheap enough to use daily Goes Well With:Protein shakes, porridge, water, homemade pizza bases.

Great product
5Does what it says on the tin - adds fibre to stuff. I add it to my squash and I can't even taste it, fab product.

Awesome stuff
5Big fan of this stuff. Don't think I've been quite as creative as some reviewers who use it in baking or making homemade protein bars (great ideas I must try), but this powder is fantastic for just adding to drinks or shakes to increase your fibre intake. Doesn't taste of anything and completely dissolves in liquid, unlike some other fibre supplements which get suspended in the liquid and then just settle at the bottom, leaving you to chew through the nasty stuff afterwards. Only criticism is that it only comes in 500g bags, so it would be great to be able to purchase this in sizes above this!Goes Well With:Impact whey, clear whey isolate

Great product
5This is a great product that allows me to go the recommended amount of fibre (which I struggle getting daily). It doesn’t really have a taste to it, I tend to mix it in water and cranberry juice. I know lots of people on here have some awesome recipes for a variety of things, but truth be told I’m lazy and just want to get my recommended amount as easily as possible haha! My only issue is the size of the bags, my partner also likes to use this so we get through one of the small bags in around 2 weeks. I wish they’d make the option to purchase a larger bag!

Fantastic - couldn't recommend it more!
5This is a great product that I wholeheartedly recommend! Didn't know about this product before, but I wish I did! It's dirt cheap (dunno if Vitafiber is cheaper than creatine or vice-versa), can be added to anything as it's almost flavourless and doesn't add any thickness (I just add it to one of my glasses of water - barely notice a difference), and probably one of the (if not THE - it may even work out cheaper than just buying fresh fruit&veg) cheapest way to get fibre into your diet (which you really should do if you have a high protein diet). Some people on here say they use it as a sugar-substitute for baking, but I don't think it's sweet enough for that. I barely notice any sweetness - I add it to water and sometimes have to double-check I didn't forget to add it!

Fab product
5Would definitely recommend this for anyone who is looking for some extra fibre in their diet. I mix mine with porridge, homemade pizza dough, shakes and sometimes plain water. Tastes nice with just water. Quite sweet. Goes Well With:As mentioned above
