First time purchase
4The product arrived in good time. This first time I have tried this product. I wanted something to help keep my energy levels high especially in the winter months. I have been able to keep up my workout routines and remained healthy without feeling tired or rundown. Initial thoughts are that it has helped but it is possibly too soon to tell.

4These vitamins are good to take when my energy levels are running at a low and need a zap of reviving if I've not been able to get out much in the day time. I definitely notice a difference when I don't take. easy to swallow and take with other tablets.
