4These are gurt lush. They are like sweets, really tasty so easy to remember to have them daily. Just started taking them so no noticeable effect but I don’t feel worse 👍🏻 I take them with Omega 3 for an all rounder in the winter months especially. Goes Well With:Omega 3 tablets.
