4Easy enough to take due to their shape. Take one at night, I’m sure they help me sleep better as well as help with recovery after training.

Zinc and Magnesium
5Good value product. Always difficult to fully objectively rate these products, but take regularly before bed and have noticed sleep has improved. Also feel like I get less delayed onset muscle soreness (DOMS) after tough training than I used to. Immune system also feels good. Like I say, likely a combination of things, but I like the product.
