5These are one of the best I've had , the level mg in them and the formular due to being somone who suffers lactose intolerance , which is usually a binding agent in most Goes Well With:Vit D , Omega 3's

4Buying these for the first time. Magnesium so I can get better sleep and recovery and good to get it with the zinc. Only reason for the 4 stars is that the pills are large so got to be good at taking them!Goes Well With:Other essential supplements

Sleep like a baby
5I can’t believe how good I sleep when I take one of these. Take it before brushing my teeth and I fall asleep within ten minutes of getting into bad and have lovely deep sleep

Really good zinc + magnesium combo I take before sleep
5I use these before sleep to help with relaxation and getting a good night's sleep, really high quality, and easy to swallow with water.

5I’ve been taking this for a couple of weeks now and have noticed that my sleep is a lot better and that my mind it a lot clearer during the day. I’m more settled due to improved sleep , so it’s really good stuff. Goes Well With:Anything
