These work!
5I bought these after reading some reviews. I'm in full menopause and was finding it hard to sleep. Waking through the night sometimes and not falling back over. Tried these after reading some of the raving reviews...well... they are amazing! I take 2 before bed and I now sleep like a baby. I should actually be in commission for these as I have recommended them over and over. I have 2 bottles stashed away and will continue to buy. The Zinc is great for your skin hair, and nails also. I absolutely love them!!

Sleep
5I've been struggling to sleep since having a baby and not getting much REM sleep. Magnesium promotes REM sleep and since taking these my sports watch has stated my REM sleep has increased massively. I'm very impressed and would highly recommend them.Goes Well With:Water
