5Sleep is now solid, my only caution would be if you tend to sleep for shorter periods of time as I wake up a bit more groggy then normal. Overall a supplement well worth adding for the cost.

Game Changers
4Started taking ZMA to help with a 6am gym routine, sleep really well at night and once the alarm goes at 6am, I'm up like shark. No grogginess at all. Been taking it 4 weeks and haven't missed a session.

Turned me into an insomniac
1This ZMA keeps me up at night even if I am severely fatigued. I have taken Zn and Mg supplements (separately) before but never experienced this issue. Possibly some ingredient is not going down well since it gives me borderline anxiety after consuming it. I'm stopping it immediately and reverting to Zn and Mg + Ca supplements.
