Tasty affordable multivitamins
3the strawberry and vimto multivitamins have great taste (not as big fan of the yoghurt). I take one everyday, although it’s difficult to notice a difference in how I feel with and without. I take these to help boost my immune system and found that I haven’t fallen ill since taking (correlation or cause- I’m not too sure). Worth a try and very affordable. Goes Well With:Usually eat my daily multivitamin straight after breakfast. Can have one at any time of the day depending on when you fancy it most but I recommend not having straight after brushing teeth, like most things.
