4I have found that the product is very convenient for when you need to get vitamins in, and has an excellent taste. My only recommendation would be to state when the best time to take the gummy would be in the day

Lovely multivitamins
5These taste just like candy but not addictive so. I like the gummy texture, it's smooth and doesn't have any of the hard gelatin in it, but still firm enough not to get stuck in your teeth or cause your jaw to ache. I definitely think they are effective. My partner has regular (weekly)blood tests and he's always in normal range for micronutrients. They're a small size and fit easily in a pill box with other pills. They can stick together slightly, but this is easily resolved by giving the bottle a shake. There isn't any powder residue or anything, they're basically just like nutritional haribo sweets! I take these in the morning on an empty stomach and haven't noticed any cramping or dizziness. None of the vitamins are an overly high dose, which I like because I also take other supplements and don't have to worry about an overdose of anything. I also think they are good value for money compared to other brands.Goes Well With:Other gummy supplements or pills.
