Taste great
5They taste great, really nice soft gummy texture like a classic Pick n Mix sweet. Don't really have any way of validating the relative effectiveness of the actual vitamins vs other brands so i can't comment on that , but what i can say is because they taste so good it encourages you to make sure you have one a day.
