5I use to take multivitamins gummies when I was a kid.. so thought maybe I should try taking them along side my omega 3 tablets and other vitamins.. easy to take and remembering to take them everyday. Its a great change to be able to enjoy taking these rather than just swallowing them.. my energy levels and alertness have defiantly picked up.

Tasty and effective
5Really nice flavour, just like eating a jellied sweet. Ever so slight aftertaste but no where near enough to put you off eating it. A nice way of taking your multivitamins.
