5Been taking these for about 6/7 months now as I have issues with my bloods and vitamin deffiancies they have made a massive difference and taste like haribos which is even better.

5I struggle to absorb tablets/capsules etc due to having ann ileostomy bag and have been taking normal multivitamins for a lot of years. I tried the gummies and the difference is outstanding! My nails are growing and I just feel ‘better’ so I personally feel that I am absorbing the gummies much more than I was the tablet form. Wouldn’t change back now and the taste is lovely.
