Doesn’t help with bloating
5I drink this everyday with about 400ml water because it tastes better when diluted a bit more than they suggest. I bought this originally to help with bloating but I then learned it doesn’t actually work that way and I have to focus more on my nutrition as well, shocker! It tastes ok, but I mix it with Creatine monohydrate (berry burst) and it’s a lot easier to drink. Overall a good way to get your micronutrients if you don’t eat much veg, but it won’t help with bloating.Goes Well With:Creatine monohydrate

Does the job
5Mix is a little bit gritty and the flavours are a bit woof, but its about getting some more greens in flavour takes a back seat and you live with it Goes Well With:The clear whey Pro or clear vegan compliments this nicely and takes the edge off the flavour

Instantly feel good
5Drinking the non flavoured version is literally hold your nose and knock it back. Anything that tastes like this has to be very good for you. I instantly feel the same way after I’ve consumed my home made vegetable soup. Like for like nutrition is a full frozen bag of mixed vegetables that takes a day to consume. Neck 10 scoops of Green Superfood every morning and your ready for the day. Goes Well With:Water, kick start the goodness and daily hydration.

Mango peach
5Smooth and great taste. Definitely hits the right spot for my post workout shake! 100% recommend Goes Well With:Cookies and cream impact whey

Don't buy the peach
2The brocolli/kale overpowered the peach and it gave it almost a tomato flavour.. think it's best just to have it green with no added fruit taste. Difficult to drink with water have to hold my nose!Goes Well With:Orange juice, LOTS of fruits blended in a smoothie

Green juice
4Super quick and easy way to get your 20 a day! I blend it with a blender for a smoother consistency as the powder doesn’t dissolve very well. Great for gym, gives you energy, my skin looks and feels more glowy and had a lot less gut problems than usual :) My mum now wants to buy some. Goes Well With:I got the peach one, tried it with water but wasn’t great so I mixed it with Lipton’s peach ice tea and it’s really tasty!

5Noticed a difference in my energy, my skin, bloating and moods since using this. Taste isn’t amazing but tolerable as I just mix with water. Will be a staple for me now.

Energy boost too
5My main reason for buying the Green Super Food Blend was for an efficient method to deliver my 5 a day and additional health benefits. I was really pleased to feel the energy buzz you get too. I take 10 scoops in a litre of water to ensure the energy, nutrition and hydration boost. I then hit the road to burn up a 10 mile power walk.Goes Well With:Water and exercise
