5Absolutely love this product, very clean & simple list of ingredients so it’s good to know I’m not filling my body full of artificial ingredients. No issues with lactose in it, nice hit of protein with little else so great for keeping carbs & fat in check. Throw in a scoop of coffee & ice for a chilled mocha post workout. Goes Well With:Water, milk, coffee

5I think it’s prefer, I have tried few protein shakes before, but they full of sugar, this one is the best I have come across, no problem with stomach, I am so happy with the product.Goes Well With:Water and dilute perfectly no lumps in there
