Perfect with water OR milk
5Love this it mixes very well and is so versatile can be used in cooking, with water if I’m cutting or milk if I’m going for taste. Goes Well With:Water, milk and that the chocolate milk flavour goes great mixed with Greek yoghurt!! Tastes just like chocolate mint ice cream!!!

Nutritional information not clear
1Love the chocolate brownie flavour, mixes well with almond milk but will no longer be purchasing this product. The poor rating is because it is advertised in product information on this webpage as 23g of protein what it doesn't tell you is to check the nutritional section, the amount of protein varies per flavour. Double check every time. Customer service also shocking it has taken nearly 4 weeks, messaged by different people. Goes Well With:Almond milk or milk

Best protein shake
5Is the best protein range that I have tried, tastes really nice (have both the salted caramel and natural chocolate flavours). The protein mixes very well just with water and is very smooth.
