Tasty and digestible
5Been using this for years. With the right amount of water, it's delicious, and I can have it before a workout or run with no ill effects. Hard to quantify efficacy; I use it as and when hungry, between meals.

Gluten free protein!
5It's taken me a while and few brands and mixes to finally find an effective protein supplement that my body can handle. Trying to find one when you're coeliac is never easy; I have a very severe reaction to gluten, even warning signs such as "may contain" are usually a red flag, but this protein has been superb. I've had no reactions, it tastes great, mixes well and helps add in those extra grams of protein when food alone won't cut it. I continue to use it and would highly recommend it!Goes Well With:Morning breakfast shake with fruit smoothie!
