Whey. The secret fat loss hack
3I heard that isolate was king in helping with weightloss. I struggle with binge eating and had heard that upping my protein intake was key in assisting with this. As I'm preparing for surgery, that was a non negotiable. Whether I hot ky target remains to be seen but I keep hoping and 🙏. Goes Well With:Almond milk, water, blueberries, bannanas, apples, creatine, oatmeal, as a topper for pancakes.
